Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
There’s no “one size fits all” for trauma. Every individual manages it differently, whether to repress it in the mind, store it in the body, or act it out in various unhealthy ways. The source of trauma may stem from early childhood experiences, transgenerational trauma, medical conditions, physical or sexual abuse, and toxic relationships. Whatever the case may be, treatment is tailored to the clients’ experience and needs in order to provide the most effective plan to address and pinpoint the triggers and allow the healing process to begin.
The beauty of relationship issues are, it triggers us to reflect on our own needs and areas of development. These relationship issues may arise from work, neighbors, family, friends, and or intimate relationships. Triggers in relationship allow space for personal growth and improvement. Sessions would include navigating the symptoms of the issue in order to find the root of it. Once the root is discovered, development of voice, strength, self-esteem, and confidence to set healthy boundaries are formed.
